Anxiety busters

Manage and clear anxiety with these four techniques.

(1) Breathing

Using our breath to centre and calm us is essential! This video goes through box breathing.

(2) Crystals

The video mentions two specific crystals that are beneficial for managing anxiety: highlight Smokey Quartz (clearing) and Fuchsite (heart connector).

"I AM" mantras - are great for re-programming yourself, such as:

  • I AM safe and secure

  • I AM loved and supported

  • I AM valued and listened to

  • I AM speaking my truth

Calming mantra - say the following over and over to yourself, whenever you feel triggered or an anxiety attack coming on: "(Your name), you're doing really well. I'm proud of you, and you're safe."
